- Workspace Information: Team member details, workspace settings, and collaboration data for multi-user accounts.

- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, device type, screen resolution, and unique device identifiers.
- Log Data: IP address, access times, referring URLs, and error logs.

- Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Notase, our users, or the public.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity. We will notify you of any such change and any choices you may have regarding your information.
- With Your Consent: We may share your information for other purposes if you provide explicit consent.
4. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Specifically:
- Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after account deletion.
- Billing Records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations.
- Usage Logs: Retained for up to 12 months for analytics and security purposes.
- Support Communications: Retained for up to 3 years after resolution.

10. AI and Automated Processing
Our Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) to generate content based on your inputs. When you use our AI-powered features:
- Your property data and inputs are sent to our AI processing partners (currently OpenAI) to generate content.
- We do not use your data to train AI models. Your content is processed on-demand and is not retained by our AI partners for model improvement.
- Generated content is stored in your account and subject to the same data protection measures as all other data.
- You retain ownership of all generated content and may use it without restriction.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Service at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
