Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No cancellation fees, no questions asked.
What happens after my free trial?
After your 14-day free trial, you choose a paid plan to continue. If you don't subscribe, your account is simply downgraded. No surprise charges. We never ask for a credit card to start a trial.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription. If you're not satisfied for any reason, contact support@notase.com within 30 days for a full refund.
How does annual billing work?
When you choose annual billing, you pay for 12 months upfront at a 20% discount. For example, the Pro plan drops from $49/mo to $39/mo ($468/year instead of $588/year). You save $120 per year.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time to lock in the 20% discount. If switching from annual to monthly, the change takes effect when your current annual period ends.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your card information on our servers.
